Anyone else missing the Safari App?

Just got my phone, doesn't have the Safari App, look all over, it's not there. Thoughts or ideas?

Check Settngs->General->Restrictions. It may be turned off.

It can be turned off in the Restrictions section, as well as YouTube (Pre iOS6)

Why would restrictions for Safari be turned on out of the box?

Restore and load backup from computer/iCloud. Should be there then.
(Dunno the reason why it's not now)

Dunno, I never even went in through the restrictions, never have had a reason to.
