anyone else not getting their employee discount?

Posted in another thread but it will probably get buried.
I've been getting an employee discount through my work but when I go to upgrade tonight it isn't showing up. Anyone else having that problem?

It said on the order start page that employee discounts will not show up in the cart during the order process, but will be applied to your bill

Saw that after posting my original question. Added about 30 minutes to my ordering experience.
