I really hate the way the contacts show up on the top when you double tap the home button.

Anyway to turn them off?

On my iPad I try to keep my emails and msg off of it because I loan it out if someone asks. I figured my contacts are accessible, but it takes some digging to look through them. But the way the recent contacts show up show your last few calls to anyone that switches apps. Wish there was a way to turn it off.

Go to Settings:
Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Contacts "Show in App Switcher and turn it off.

Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Show in App Switcher -> Off.

At least pretend to look for the setting next time, ok?

Yeah, that should've been a phone widget for notification centre.

Thanks, I looked all over in settings, just didn't think to look under contacts.
