I don't know if it's just me, but I'm just not too impressed with Mountain Lion and the "new" features. Nothing really supports Notification center yet, dictation doesn't work that well, messages is nothing new and iCloud, Game center, reminders/notes are just useless. Airplay is nice, I'll admit that, however, everything else is just mediocre and could have been just a OSX 10.7 update. Also Safari 6 worked just as well on 10.7 as it does on 10.8.

I'll probably warm up to everything over time once the new features are more integrated. However, right now, I feel Mountain Lion if just a waste of money and not necessary at all.

Any other thoughts...?

Mountain Lion is refined. Much like Snow Leopard was to Leopard. You get the feeling that ML was really meant to be released as Lion, and Lion was rushed a little bit.

It's only £14 anyway, hardly breaking the bank.
