Anyone else notice that video on Truveo is smoother that Youtube App?

I played the same video on both and the Truveo version ran much smooter..like HD compared to a snowy picture. Is there a way Apple can update the YouTube app to run as smoothly? Makes no sense why the quality is so much worse.
