To get your status update email that says expect shipping in 4 to 6 weeks and then half an hour later get an email from Apple stating "Apple Watch is here"?

You'd think they'd know they just said when to expect and then oh by the way, but it today!

That is pretty wackadoodle. Too bad you can't reply to the email saying the Apple Watch is here with a copy of your order status locked in limbo, another copy of published reports that there are no watches in Apple Retail stores, and this meme:

Life's tough, get a helmet... or thicker skin, so you won't get your feelings hurt over things that don't really matter

I'm just stating that Apple has handled this pretty p^ss poorly. I don't mind the wait. It's just ridiculous how it was done.

The Watch is technically here. Its not on your hand doesn't mean its not here. Sorry, I'm one of those June waiting customer and I think the Watch is here, just not on my hand.

It seems like "the watch is here" is probably something that should have been reserved for the "we've got them in stores" announcement. "Order your watch today" is a much more accurate marketing pitch right now.

More ridiculous I received it and have the watch. I already knew it was here because I bought one. They wasted my valuable Inbox space! I deleted it, but it's probably still there somewhere......... :apple::apple::apple:

Bad timing. You'd think they'd wait until all modes are readily available.

Ha - not really.

The watch isn't here NOR there.

It would be one thing if it was in stores. But it's not even in stores. So when they say "Watch is Here." I'm not sure where it is. LOL. They should've done it like this:

The Watch is Here*

*in some manufacturing plant, or some distribution center. maybe.

I've seen it in the stores.
It was really easy to get a go on one or two of them as well.
No mad crowds or long queues or jostling.
Unusual if you ask me.

They should have emailed customers who haven't purchased the watch yet. I agree, marketing screwed this one up. Just opened themselves to more criticism....

It's a slap in the face while they're wearing an Apple Watch.
