An iPhone app for your PlayTV (Playstation3 tv tuner)
Pretty much exactly what the PSP has the ability to do: watch stuff wirelessly streamed from PS3, remotely set tv recordings etc. I think there is allot of potential for sony to port over their PSP method of this to the iPhone. Hell I'd pay £5-£10 for that, I think it would be amazing.

I was speaking to a Sony rep at the PlayTV launch (I say launch, what I mean is "the day it came out, at my local 'GameStation' store") and he said that unofficially he had heard rumors of an iPhone app being developed for use with PS3 and possibly PlayTV but wasn't sure about the details. Anyone know anything about it or think it would be a popular app?

If I'm not mistaken, you can set up a TV Tuner on your PC and use ORB to stream live TV.

Jailbroken-only for now, but I'm sure we'll see more of this type of functionality in the future.

As far as I'm aware, ORB is Windoze only :(
