Or is everyone else waiting for reports of successful SATA III negotiation? So far I have seen one report of a MacBook Pro 13" stuck at SATA II.

I have one ordered for my 2011 13" MBP, and will report once I receive and install. I did see the report from the 2011 MBP user that could only get the SSD to show "linked" at SATAII.
