Anyone else's dynamic desktop not working?

Installed the Public Beta just before lunch. At lunchtime till I went home at 5pm, the image was of the night time shot of the desert, with stars in the sky etc. Now at 7.30pm the desktop is still the same image.

My region is correctly set. Anything else I need to check?

I believe it is meant to be stuck on the night time image, if you use Dark Theme.

I've light mode enabled, localization enabled but it's stil light (even if there are 9 PM here) and still stop on the Mojave light static background (but it's a dynamic background!). In the dark mode it doesn't became dark, it remains light!

Beta 4 and still not working for me. I also logged it on the feedback assistant

Public Beta 3 here and its working with the desert wallpaper. The new gradient wallpaper isn't working at all.

Working fine here, even without location services on, but Solar dynamic works in reverse I.e dark during daylight and light during nighttime

LoL; Weird thing is that original Mojave dynamic desktop works as expected... Go and figure

Yeah, solar gradients seems to work almost in reverse... would like to see more dynamic options added for release though! (or third party ones!)
