Anyone else's email not updating?

On my 128GB iPhone 6, the Mail app is set to the default "Fetch New Data [every] 15 min" setting, but whenever I open it, the "Updated at" time is often an hour or two in the past. When I proceed to "pull down" the screen to manually refresh, the time doesn't change.

This didn't used to happen on my previous phone (8GB iPhone 4), which would change to "Updated Just Now" every time I refreshed the app.

Any fixes? Thanks in advance.
