Anyone else's Notification Center stop working at some point?

I have an iPhone 4s on iOs 5.0.1 and I just noticed my Notification Center no longer drops down. Any changes I made on my apps as far as activation I reverted back, and I have not installed any other tweaks that I know of. I guess I will just have to uninstall everything 1 by 1 till it works.

I forgot I went into Spingtomize and setup custom lines for the Not. Center and I guess somehow I disabled it...

This happened with me about 2 days ago, no matter how hard i tried i couldn't get the notification centre to show! I resprung and it worked again, strange.
