Anyone else's 'Transfer Purchases' still broken on the GM?

I thought it was a beta5 issue, as transferring purchases worked on beta4 but it's still broken in the GM with me - so unless iTunes needs an update?

iPhone 6, iOS 9 GM with the latest iTunes on 10.11

iTunes will need an update. Maybe a new version will ship with the El Cap GM when that is actually released.
