Anyone else's Watch settings keep changing?

I've noticed that my Watch (Series 4) settings going back to normal every now and then. Like Breathe settings going back to default, Irregular heart rhythm disabling, re-enabling all Mail accounts.
I've noticed a similar pattern on my Series 2 as well.

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

There have been a couple of instances where I've thought some of my settings have reverted back to the default.
