Resolved Anyone ever get this error??

iPhone 16 Pro Max, latest ios18 and in all my years of owning iPhones, I’ve never seen this, anyone know why this would come up?

Definitely was not heat related.

The passcode has been entered incorrectly 5 times.

I disabled Tap to Wake (Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Tap to Wake) and Raise to Wake to minimize false wakes when phone is in my pocket, waving around, etc.

Never got to "Wait 1 minute" level, but would frequently see "Enter passcode" after Face ID would fail.
