I sent my iPhone 11 Pro Max to Apple for trade-in and they said the camera didn't work so they would only offer $100. I had them send it back and I just checked all 4 cameras are working. I never had any problems with cameras in the year that I owned it either.

I know the phones are checked by a third party so I'm just wondering if this is some type of scam they are doing.

I'm going to sell it to Buybackworld who will give me more money anyway.

They've always offered very low trade in but it seems like they are offering less than ever as time goes by. I never recommend trading in through Apple.

I definitely trust Buybackworld as most of my iPhones were sold to them and I never had issues with buybackworld.
