Apparently they provide mail forwarding services people who are outside of the States to shop in the US.

However what is really attractive about these guys is... they are in Oregon, which means you can use them to get tax free refurbs off the Applestore! That is really amazing except for the fact that I cannot seem to dig up any customer reviews or even any mention of them elsewhere on the web, which obvious is quite a cause for concern really.

Has anyone ever tried them before?

If you're in the US, you're still expected to pay those taxes. I think it's called a "Use Tax" or something. This has been discussed before, and it doesn't end well most of the time.

Thing is I am not in the US :)

While getting stuff from the states are usually cheaper than getting it locally, but paying sales tax once in the states, and once more on importation really kills a lot of the profit. Hence.
