Anyone Experienced This Graphical Issue?

This started happening on my brand new MBP, doesn't happen all the time but noticeably when opening Launchpad. Normally a restart fixes the issue and I've tried using gfxcardstatus, but it is locked at 6750M.

There are no processes going on in the background, happens from a fresh boot and there I havent had the chance to install any software on it yet.

Suggestions are welcome thanks.

Does it also happen in another, even temporarily created, user account? Including the gfxcardstatus not letting you switch to the Intel 3000HD?

Haven't tried creating a new account yet, but as i wrote a restart resolves the issue, and I can switch cards. But it happens randomly, it also happened on 10.7 I was hoping 10.7.2 would sort it out.
