I've noticed in the last few months that my history seems to be pruned and incomplete. For one thing, pages I visit from Google search results show up as Google URLs
Code:
http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=10&ved=0CD4QFjAJ&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.adamjspooner.com%2Fjournal%2Fhacking-safari-5s-reader%2F&rct=j&q=safari%20reader%20font&ei=0Ox4TIzgKNO4jAew7a2cBg&usg=AFQjCNFxBK7l5-aCJNeoWOD3v-XuOWqNuw&sig2=_zVk7arWwQntUlImKvPoyg&cad=rja

instead of

Code:
http://www.adamjspooner.com/journal/hacking-safari-5s-reader/

Google's been using those URLs for a lot longer than a few months and Safari never had a problem logging them correctly.

Another thing I've noticed, also to do with Google, is missing searches. Most of my Google searches don't show up in history at all. (Using the webpage not the search box) If I check my recent history I can easily spot, for example, two sites next to each other but I know I used Google in between visiting them.

There are other sites that are missing but it's hard to know the exact amount. Just earlier I was searching for something I saw last week and it's just not there. I haven't used a different browser recently. I have a Webkit nightly build installed but haven't touched it or updated in over a month.
