I just bought a new white MacBook unibody last night and I noticed that it makes a weird noise when I tilt (or shake) it. It sounds like one of the internal parts is moving or it may be the keyboard keys moving... Anyone ever experience same issue with their MacBook before? I'm debating whether I should take this to the Apple store. Any input is greatly appreciated!!!:D

Don't worry about that, it's just the hard drive tilt sensor that prevents you drive from getting damaged if you jolt the macbook. Mine makes the same noise if i shake my macbook, it's normal. But for someone who has never heard it before, I can understand why you would think somethings wrong with it. I thought the same thing at first.

Haha. Thanks buddy. I feel much better now. :D

yeah the above poster is correct... i remember panicking when i got my macbook and i thought the superdrive was faulty or something.. nope its just the HDD sensor keeping your data safe.
