Anyone Figure Out how to connect to time capsule remotely using windows?

Good evening,

We have a time capsule set up in our office, and our pastors want to be able to access the TC from home. Those who have macs we got working very quickly. Those who have PC's, we have never gotten it to work.

Is this possible? Has anyone ever gotten it to work? If so, how did you do it?
