i went the whole mile, hi-jacked their account, photoshopped them into a would-be transexual as well as updating their profile appropriately.

This is a fun one, but I think mostly ppl who use the Official Twitter App would get it. Introducing Trending, the worlds most hated feature, now in Cydia after finally being removed from Twitter.
