Anyone get a factory defect?

I've got a spot of something under my screen and a black spot on my antenna band that won't wipe off.

64GB Rose Gold 6S+

So far so good, got 1 gold rose and a gold 64gb 6s, i would definitely return it, that is unacceptable.
