Why are you using that widget nonsense? Just get Lockinfo with the native weather plugin and instantly see the weather (and email, sms, missed calls, voicemail, push notifications, and calendar) at the touch of your home button

that sixday weather was one of my fav homescreen weather widgets

i gotta buy a license for Lockinfo?

that was great on the 3gs

let me know, thanks

Is that what a JB phone display looks like? Those icons look like they could be from my early 90s Tandy PC clone's version of psuedo-Windows.

Can someone jailbreak and not have those weird icons? I mean...can it look as good as the phone currently does? That looks like what I gave up on my Motorola phone a couple years ago.

This is a serious question.

Doesn't lockinfo also allow you to show widgets on your homescreen as well? I can almost guarantee it does.

Anyone know how to get lockinfo 3.0? and SBSettings screw up my lock screen on/off switching.

Thanks
AE

Yes, Lockinfo does allow for this. It is seriously an incredible app too.

You get lock screen information, a notification system similar to how android does it (just set it up in activator to swipe down from status bar), built in weather widgets that are awesome, and lots of potential customization.

Hi,

Yes lockinfo is great my problem as stated in many threads already is activator aka sbsettings that comes with lockinfo. The following scenarios happen when turning the screen on after installing sbsettings:

1) The screen comes on, flashes for a second, the comes on for good

2) I try to turn the screen on off on quickly and the screen sometimes doesnt come back on, i have to press one more time to get it on.

3) The screen lags and comes on if you try to turn it on normally without trying again for a couple of seconds.

I know this because I uninstalled sbsettings and the problem went away. did it twice even restored.

Thanks
AE

does any kind of weather widget exist that is just the size of a normal app but with the actual current temperature and perhaps a pic to go along with the current weather (ie sun, clouds, rain etc)? i had something like that on my droid.

WeatherIcon, which currently does not work for iOS 4 (I believe it crashes or never updates). Give it time to be updated to work properly with iOS 4.

Did you try playing around with your power button. Press it on and off repeatedly and see what happens. Also what version of lockinfo do you have installed mine was 2.3.3.0. If its the so called 3.0, where did you get it what cydia source? and what did you search after adding that source?

Thanks
