I know there was a longer thread about this before the pre-ordering began, but has anyone had any recent luck getting AT&T to move up their upgrade date, say from November to now?
Yep. I was set to upgrade on 11/19. I called customer service, asked to be bumped up, the tech said that wasn't possible, I asked to be transferred to a manager/supervisor, I asked him, he placed a request for my upgrade date to be overridden, and two or three days later I was eligible
Give 'em a call and keep asking for more people to talk to if the person you're talking to right now says it can't be done. They will eventually.
