just got it... heres a FAQ on it..

"Why am I unable to complete my order right now?
We are currently unable to reach your carrier’s systems to process the information that you have provided. We will hold on to the information you have entered and use it to confirm phone pricing and eligibility for your account."

says my phone is reserved though..

What will determine my eligibility?
If you are starting a new account with your carrier, they will run a credit check using the billing information that you have provided and confirm that service is available in your area. A carrier deposit may be required. If you are buying an iPhone for an existing carrier line, they will confirm that your account is in good standing and determine, based on where you are in your carrier contract, the price for which you are eligible.
 
I just got my complete order e-mail! But Apple's site seems to be down... Anyway I got til saturday to complete it before I lose my spot!
 
i just got my email. it said complete order by Oct 8 before 5PM. But i already finished my transaction through AT&T and it went by real quick.
 
yeah i just got it too...as long as i don't lose my spot ill finish it up tomorrow..
