Anyone get this weird screen after they end calls and go back into the phone menu?

It's been happening a few times, lately. Very odd! iPhone 4, of course. I can then hit "Home" and go back into the Phone app and all is well again. Still bizarre...
 
Happened to me on my 3GS with iOS4, hasn't happened on my iPhone 4 yet. Software bug in iOS4
