It just started happening this morning. I have the family plan and my wife’s account is working fine. Are there any known fixes, or should I be reaching out to tech support? I tried everything, even rebooted my phone twice.
After chatting with Apple tech support, I was able to resolve the issue by removing my wife from Family Sharing and adding her back immediately afterwards. Everything if working like a charm now. According to Apple, it was a system glitch caused by yesterday’s outage.
