I have the TP-Link BE900 router which supports 6Ghz band. I also have iPad Pro 2022 purchased in India which has 6Ghz band support for Wifi 6e. My PC which has Intel AX210 can see and connect to TP-Link's 6 Ghz band without any issues. But iPad Pro 2022 doesn't see the 6Ghz network. I tried manually typing in the network name and force my iPad Pro to connect. But that didn't work either.

Few things:
  • India hasn't taken a decision on 6Ghz band yet.
  • TP-Link BE900 which amazon.in sells is a US model as mentioned on the box.
  • iPad Pro 11" 2022 is an Indian model sold in India.
  • Intel AX210 was purchased from aliexpress 2 years ago. I don't know which region it is. But it connects to BE900 as mentioned earlier on 6 Ghz.

So my question is..... is Apple actively blocking their Indian 6e devices from connecting to a 6Ghz wifi network or is this some weird compatibility issue between TP-Link BE900 and iPad Pro 2022 ?

Any of you used this combo successfully?
