Anyone Had A Null Carrier and Recieved iPhone 4 today???

My AT&T order status says null for the shipping carrier and was wondering if anyone has received their phone when they had a null carrier. Also, I ordered on the 15th at 1:20 AM PST.
 
it will prob be updated with a carrier later today. mine is saying that right now also but i just got my fedex conformation email
