Anyone had success with activating nano sim on your account? (Orange UK)

Was just wondering if anyone has managed to switch their sims online as I'm hoping to do the same tomorrow as the account holder won't be here to phone up and do it. In theory the website should work but alot of the your account features arn't working properly if atall.

Edit: By 'Your Account' I mean the service on the Orange website.

I'm guessing you've probably already done this by now, but just in case you haven't yes I managed to do it and my phone was up and running within minutes
