Hi all,
For the UK people really anyone had problems sending iphones into iGadget. I sent my iPhone 5 in because they gave me the best price of £270 via Sell my Mobile. Now my phone wasn't "perfect" but was nearly new been 3 months old, they emailed me stating it had:
Significant wear and tear:
The wear and tear to the handset sits outside of our working terms and is therefore classed as significant.
And offered me a price of £200 I rightly refused and asked for the phone back. Well it arrived today and it had scuffs on it now that wasn't there before I sent it into these clowns. Has anyone else had problems with these and can I do anything about the damaged they've done to my phone which I now need to sell to someone else.
