Quu macrumors 68040 Apr 2, 2007 3,454 7,000 Feb 20, 2009 #2 I have a 17" with 7,200RPM from Apple. BTO Option. It arrived with a Hitachi drive, Model Number: Hitachi HTS723232L9SA62 I have not noticed any noise from it at all. No vibrations, no clicking no spinning up nothing.

Click to expand... looks like. Just like dell or sony or every other PC manufacturer. I just bought one with the 5400 in it and will swap it out for a seagate 7200 that I already have.
