Anyone has problems sometimes with rear new Mac Mini SSD disconnect?

I have 3 devices connected behind 2 of them are SSD drives and 1 is a Microsd with others that is connected to a Enclosures.. a 4TB and 2TB. Sometimes they disconnect but ok most of it. Any solutions?
