I just got my new 15" macbook pro. But I found the touchpad is uneven. The bottom right side of the touchpad is a little raised above the main body when the other three corners are fine. Is this usual which is related to the error of the machine assemble? Thank you.

yeah this question was raised earlier, and we came to the conclusion that the right side is raised a little big higher for the "right click" feature

Sounds like a manufacturing defect or even a shipping mishap. Not normal!

My 4 corners on the touchpad are even and just slightly below the level of the rest of the touchpad enclosure.

Yeah, but op describes the corner as being 'above the case'. Doesn't sound normal!

Thank you for your reply. Although it is not normal, I think that it doesn't affect my normal usage. I don't want to return it to get a replacement. Does anyone know whether this defect can cause any other problem in ther future?
