anyone have a green screen from the back camera?

my back camera seems to be f'd. it worked fine on days 1 and 2, now it looks like this:

it's like the image is a negative with greens and 100% contrast. wtf.

i tried to bring it into the store today and they wouldnt see me without an appt. i have a feeling i will end up with no phone and waiting for a new one to ship out. i may freak out.
