Anyone have a home remedy for the cold or flu?

So Im in Greece, 90 degrees out, and Im sick as a mutt. Nose is clogged, feel like crap, and I taking medicine here that I feel like are doing absolutely nothing. Anyone a Dr MacGyver here?

Pseudoephedrine

It's a brilliant decongestant, you can only buy one pack of it at a time though because it's a precursor for methamphetamine.
