Anyone have a iPhone 3G and a Motorola IHF1000 installed in their car?

So I'm looking at getting that integrated kit in my car and want to know what others have experienced with this unit. Are calls clear on your end? On their end? Does it work voice command wise? Is it worth the $100-$150 I'll pay on ebay? Should I buy used on ebay if I can find it? Any other feedback is much appreciated!
