Okay, so I'm trying to make my own glypset for subtitles, but I run into problems when identifying italicized text. The calibration process isn't giving me enough of a letter for me to correctly guess (at this point, it feels like guessing) which italicized letter the program is asking me to identify.
I'm using avidemux to convert .idx subs extracted with MKV extract to .srt, but so far I've had no luck is getting a reliable .srt, even with a completed glyphset (aside from incorrect characters, the resulting .srt files always have issues with duplicates, missing spaces, and sometimes missing letters as well). Even after googling for a) a premade .srt for the shows I'm trying to get subtitles for (I'd rather do that before this) and b) an english glyphset, I've come up with nothing.
If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.
