Anyone have an OWC Mercury Pro external Superdrive?

I'm thinking of getting a Firewire burner to reduce wear and tear on my internal Superdrive since I do a lot of DVD work. How are the burners from OWC? I was looking at the Lacie ones but they get pretty terrible reviews. This is what i'm looking at... http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other World Computing/MRBFWU2D112/

If they are anything like their external HDs, they are awesome.

I just got mine last Wednesday and it's quite good. I especially appreciated the bundle with Retrospect Express and Dragon Burn to make backups.

It's also useful if you have those smaller discs or heavier discs that don't work in slot loading drives.

Quality, as usual with OWC, is excellent.

I wanted to use it to backup my itunes library, but Im having some difficulty. Itunes will, "Initiate Backup" but wont actually start writing the files. It then will say "finishing backup" and it will stop and fail. Anyone have any suggestions?
