Anyone have any expierence with AVG Cleaner?

Or any other cleaner software? I come from a Windows background and even though I've switched to Mac, I feel the need to keep my system as clean as possible. It's just a hold over from 20+ years of Windows. I know that many say that you don't need to clean up a Mac, but I also know that there are bits and pieces of junk cluttering up my drive. Anyone have any recommendations? AVG seems to get a lot of praise in the Mac App Store.

If you "know" there are some truly junk files in your user folder then just delete them but none of the cleaner apps are worth anything IMHO and some do far more harm than good.

This is just one of the Windows habits you can leave behind...
