I seem to be having an issue with ghost touch on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Lost count how many times I've only hovered my finger over the screen, and the phone has actually acknowledged a touch.

Issue got out of hand, booked an appointment at the Apple store. Believe it or not, the genius lady actually noticed the same as she went to touch the screen, which made me feel whole better because half the time I think the Genius staff think some issues are in our head.

Anyway, they changed the screen but it's still happening, the next plan of action is to restore the phone to new, failing that I presume they will possibly try me with a replacement phone.

Anyone else having these issues, and what have you done to resolve it?

I have had the same issue with my launch day 13 Pro Max. It happens with me on occasion. I honestly think this maybe related to static building, just enough to cause the ghost touch.

It is Static Electricity. I have an issue with static buildup in my body because of the carpet in my house. Outside no problem. Sometimes in the car when my shoes rub against the floor mat, I wear Crocs without socks in the summer time.
