I had a weird issue for a few months now where I'd hear my Mac sounds like a key is stuck on the lock screen. It would happen randomly and I couldn't figure out why. Long story short it was Outlook notifications and it only happens on M2 Macs (I couldn't reproduce it on an M1) and the Mac has to be connected to an external display (at least my display, I only had two Apple Cinema Displays from 2010 to test on). The reason I'm posting it here is because no one else on the Internet seemed to run into this issue.
There's no real fix except to close outlook or prevent its notifications. Closing outlook stops it from happening and sending myself an email while my M2 Mac is connected to a monitor and on the Lock Screen lets me reproduce the bug 100% of the time.
