For my phone, I had paid 12 payments. I was billed for the 13th payment but it's not yet paid (autopays on the 2nd). Part of me was willing to eat that $40 rather than go through the hassle of trying to sell the phone locally.
Well today I called and it's worse than that! Not only are they requiring that I pay the 13th payment that was billed but not yet paid.... the 14th payment is PENDING and they said I'm responsible to pay that even though I've already upgraded!
I tried and tried to get it credited back and the witch just kept saying they were legitimate charges.... blah blah blah.... shoulda upgraded after the 12th payment blah blah blah...
been with AT$T since they were Cingular.... I was nice.... (til the very last minute!)
So has anyone been successful in getting payments over the 12 back?
(Hubby's phone was billed the 12th payment, that I had to pay to upgrade.... and they credited his back to the account.... all on their own?????)
