Anyone have T-Mobile LTE speedtest results in San Francisco?

They just turned it on, apparently... Does anyone here have T-Mobile in San Francisco proper? I have AT&T right now... contract is up in the fall... I'm thinking I'm going to go w/ T-Mobile if their San Francisco LTE coverage is decent.

(also, the T-Mobile iPhones are unlocked, right?)
