Anyone run a Dell 38” 3818DW monitor with your M1 Mini? Does it work well with both Big Sur and Monterey? I read some Ultrawides were having issues with M1 macs but that was nearly a year ago. Is it still a thing? Thanks

I'm not sure whether it helps but I've been running a 3818DW with my 2013 Mac Pro for a few years. I haven't ever had any issues with it working properly. I'm currently on Big Sur 11.6.1.

Unfortunately I don't think that'll help since the MP doesn't have a known widescreen issue like the M1's.

Running the 3818DW on a Trashcan too, btw. :)

I just received my U3818DW today and it's running smooth on my M1 Mac Mini so far. I am using the included USB-C cable that came with the monitor.

Ha ha, that’s awesome! My 6,1 is the best computer I’ve ever owned, hands down…but when the M1 Max mini hits the streets, I’ll have to move on from the ol’ trashcan.

I’m running the U4021QW on M1 Mac Mini. Full resolution is hard to read as Mac OS doesn’t have intermediate settings but a third part app sorted that.
