Just got home from work and have the 4S sitting in the box unopened. I know I will break down and try to activate if I tear off the shrink wrap so I am leaving it sealed for now.

Anyone else waiting to activate it tomorrow after all the hoopla dies down?
 
Yes, I am waiting for tomorrow. But not for that reason. AT&T wouldn't let me ship to an address other than my billing so I have to go pick it up tomorrow..:eek:

You don't have to wait until tomorrow. You'll be able to play with it, just not make any calls.

I just got home and activated 3 phones within minutes. AT&T servers seem to be stabilized now, at least for me.
 
I got my phone about 2:45pm today and I haven't activated it yet. Not sure if I will tonight or wait until tomorrow.

I'm waiting till 5 AM EDT Sat to activate. Activation servers should be clear by then. Plus, I want to do an Upgrade Swap with my current IP4 and don't want to be on hold for an hour if I need to talk to a AT&T Rep to talk to.
 
It's really not that difficult. Took me a few tries in a span of 15-20 minutes. Only tried through my computer but nowhere near the headache everyone is describing.
 
Mine is still in the box. I'm gonna apply my BSE, wait for it to dry for 24 hours, but then I have stuff to do tomorrow night/Sunday. Maybe I'll activate it Sunday night.
 
I am going to wait. I have an imac, ipad and now iphone 4s and I dont want them connect via icloud. So I am going to wait until I have time to set everything up.

weird i didnt get that message, i selected upgrade from the options, idk if thats why?
