So I ordered the Roocase Slim-fit folio for my new iPad because there weren't a lot of options yet, it was inexpensive, and I liked the look of it.

I just got it today and love the look and feel of it but I'm worried that the latch portion is too tight and will scratch, scuff or otherwise harm the device.

Anyone else have this case that could comment?

Update.

For anyone who may be thinking of this case, I thought i'd let you know that I decided you "adjust" the part that clips over the iPad to latch it shut.

The pice didn't bend like I had anticipated. I heard 2 "snap" sounds which had me pretty worried but what the heck it was $13 so worth a shot.

Turns out that it latches beautifully now. Enough to stay closed but not so tight that I feel it will break.

Summary: I love the case and if you had it for your iPad 2 it can work but despite what the listing says it is not intended for the New iPad.

Update: just realized that my "modification" has had a negative impact on the typing angle. Thought you should know.
