I would like to know who uses such a monitor on a daily basis?
They must have some superior build of upper limbs.

As far as I know, OS X has multi touch capabilities build into it, but not with using a screen, so a proper hack like BetterTouchTool or MultiClutch for the Magic Mouse and Trackpad is needed.

Sorry for offtopic, but unless you really need a touchscreen display, dont buy one. There will be potato chips fat smears all over the screen and your hands will get tired very quickly. Your work will be done slower, you will be more frustrated.

Finger tips sensitivity of people is high and more precise and faster than vision. It is faster to feel the button and press it. That's why touch screens will never win over touchscreens.

If you know what you are doing, then sry :)

Edit:

There are reviews on the page that you ve linked. People write it is good, but not as good as mouse and keyboard.
