As soon as I unplugged the charger from iPhone, the battery dropped to 99% immediately. Then a minute later it dropped to 98%. So I let the phone stays on, 5 minutes later the battery percentage is 90% (without any app opened).
Restarted the phone and the battery went back to 100%
