Anyone having issues with iTunes 11.1 update?

I can't seem to connect to the servers. I guess it's the traffic. Anyone else having issues? Curious.

I was at first, but had success through Software Update.

it wouldnt see the update with itunes. i needed to go to the apple site to download it. then, when i clicked "download", sometimes the download prompt wasnt showing. i finally got it to work. it downloaded in 15 seconds and installed without an issue.

EDIT: Can't download it though. Oh well.

I keep getting an error message

I keep getting the following error message when trying to update, The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1102.)(102)

I'm having the exact same issue with 11.1 and Win 7 64 bit. If I try with 11.0.x on a Win * machine I am able to get on using the same network, so it's probably a bug in the Win 64 11.1 on some kind.

Do not update to 11.1 if you have lots of old podcast. The update deleted all my old podcast, W T F APPLE.

Airplay Problems

Hey,

I was encountering Airplay-Problems (often silcence (repeating) for 4-5 seconds during playing a song) on my AirPort-Express after updating to 11.1, I was unsure about it so I first changed the channel of my Wlan, but even before it worked without problems. Then i updated Airport Firmware to the newest one... But it didn´t work.

So, last thing I did, I was searching for Itunes 11.0.5 from my TimeMachine Backups and installed it on the desktop with my old library.... and guess what.....

It´s working again...., Tried the 11.1. installation again (hacking sound), so I kicked off the 11.1 via console and installed 11.0.5 again...

Worked for me....
